This bathroom was designed around the client's desire for two key features: a generous bath and a separate shower enclosure, all within a room measuring 2.5m x 2.5m. Maintaining a sense of space was essential, so we selected a curved bath and matching curved shower enclosure. This clever solution softened the layout and reduced the visual footprint of both products, allowing the room to feel open and comfortable while still accommodating the client's must-have requirements.
The standout design feature was the Bandwood timber-effect tile, which became the foundation of the entire scheme. Its natural texture and warmth brought character to the space, leading us to use it not only to panel the bath but also as a striking feature backdrop behind the basin area. This repeated use of the tile creates visual continuity and draws the eye around the room, giving the design depth and personality.

To balance the richness of the timber effect, we paired it with a subtle soft grey stone-effect tile across the walls and floor. The understated grey tones provide a calm and contemporary backdrop, allowing the feature areas to shine while creating a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere.
Integrated LED lighting enhances the overall aesthetic, casting a warm glow across the feature wall and illuminated niches to highlight the textures and materials. The floating vanity and circular illuminated mirror contribute to the clean, modern feel, while black brassware introduces a sophisticated contrast against the lighter tones of the room.
The result is a bathroom that perfectly balances contemporary design with comforting warmth. Through thoughtful planning, carefully selected materials and smart space-saving solutions, we created a room that feels luxurious, practical and inviting—an ideal retreat for relaxation at the end of the day.
