Rather than seeing these as obstacles, we used them as opportunities to create a truly bespoke design. The room layout was carefully planned to maximise every square metre, incorporating a feature partition wall that subtly zones the space while providing practicality and visual impact. The timber slatted-effect feature wall introduces warmth and texture, perfectly balancing the large-format charcoal tiles and creating the calm, contemporary feel the client wanted.

The original design visual helped bring the concept to life, allowing the client to see how the finished room would look before work began. As the completed photographs show, the final result closely reflects the original vision. The floating oak-effect vanity, recessed storage niches, illuminated mirror and minimalist fittings all work together to create a space that feels far more premium than the budget might suggest.

What makes this project particularly satisfying is that it demonstrates how thoughtful design can overcome both financial and spatial limitations. Despite the unusual room shape and careful budget management, the finished ensuite delivers everything the client hoped for—a stylish, functional and relaxing space with a genuine spa-like atmosphere.
