Our Designs

Our visual designs take significant time and expertise to create - yet unlike interior designers, we don’t charge by the hour.  Your first design is completely free, giving you the chance to experience our creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to your project without any upfront cost.
While many product adjustments don’t require new visuals, some revisions do.  When that happens, we’re ready to refine your design as needed.  All we ask is a commitment that you’re moving forward with us - a simple step that replaces the need for a full order deposit if you’re not ready for that just yet.

By this point, you’ll already have seen the quality of our design work and the level of support we offer. You’ll know exactly what we can deliver - and whether we’re the right partner for your project.  When redesigns are required, a £500 payment is a natural and confident step forward.  Even better, this amount is fully credited back to your order once your deposit is placed, making your redesigns effectively free.  Once the £500 payment is confirmed, you’ll receive the full design package, ready to share with your installer to ensure a smooth and successful installation.

The Next Step

Once everything matches your expectations, fantastic — we move to the next stage. A deposit payment will secure your order, protect your pricing against any increases (quotes are valid for only 30 days, orders with deposit are price protected for 90 days), and secure details of a recommended independent installer if you are in need of one.

However if any adjustments are required on the quote, we’ll revise it as quickly as possible and only then request the deposit once you’re happy with the updated version.

Presentation

Now the magic begins! During your presentation, you’ll see your space come to life with a carefully considered layout, photo‑realistic visuals, and a physical moodboard that brings clarity to how materials, colours, and textures work together. We’ll also walk through costings and availability, all informed by the details gathered during your initial meeting.

Meeting Your Designer

During your appointment, you and your designer will explore every key aspect of your project — from scope and timeframe to style preferences, material choices, and of course, your budget. Honest conversations at this stage are essential. They allow us to recommend the most suitable products and create an accurate design and quote that align with your expectations.  Whether your project is price sensitive or design specific, we can only deliver the right result when we fully understand your priorities. In most cases we will aim to have your designs ready to view instore in around a week.   
If you have your own installer that's great, if not we can recommend a fitter should you wish.  Any installer we refer you to is an independent contractor, and all installation agreements are between you and the installer.
